You can search for entries by title from the entry view in the new control panel.

I've also added the ability to make the new control panel the default control panel - you'll see a link on the left side of your control panel that will let you switch. You can always switch back to the old version if you don't like the new one.

Each page of the new control panel has an input form which will let you quickly report any issues or questions you have with the control panel.

Hopefully with more people using the new control panel, we can catch more bugs and get the site stabilized faster.  

Hey everybody - thanks for participating in the beta test. I've been receiving your messages - I won't be responding personally to every bug report (cause there are so many broken things!) but I really thank you guys for your patience and help.

Some fixes that went in tonight:

• Editing a page made a post 'disappear' - it didn't actually disappear, it just set the timestamp to a really old date; this should be fixed. I've also fixed the manual time setting to work correctly
• Fixed usericons and moods (both the standard and custom) not being set correctly
  
• Fixed the voting and messaging to work without Javascript
• Fixed template editing
• Tagboard editing fixed
  
• Added the handy message notification to the new control panel (it's a yellow strip along the top)
• Fixed the output of messages (linebreaks weren't being converted to <br/>)
• Dealt with messages being marked as read and not read

A few fixes:

• Editing entries will not destroy your category settings
• Editing a template will now autostretch the textarea to the height required to see all the markup at once (this should help with your template editing)
  
• Editing a template will not keep adding "Custom" to your template name

Fixed a bug in Internet Explorer which popped up a javascript error message on all pages.

Fixed problem in entry creation where the default usericon was not being selected properly - it will also remember your usericons correctly when you edit an entry now.

There is now support for the "basic" editor again - go to Preferences / Options and uncheck the "Advanced editor" option. This is not storing the same value from the old control panel, so you will have to set it.

Right now, support for basic editor is very ... well.. basic. It won't have any of the little useful buttons from the old editor, but I will add that again.  

If you used <!--ENTRY['TOOLBAR']---> in your templates, it should now point to your new control panel.
